Jim and Lauren of Brood Fermentation are some of the brightest minds in beverage making in New Zealand. Based in Nelson, on New Zealand’s South Island, the couple harnesses the region’s temperate coastal climate to make some of the most elegant chardonnay, riesling, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir from the island nation. These wines have just made their American debut and we are fan-girling at the opportunity to host them.
